1. Introduction
Welcome to Maroc Elite Transport. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our vehicle rental, transfer, and mobility services in Morocco. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Maroc Elite Transport provides the following services:
- Short-term and long-term vehicle rentals
- Airport transfer services
- Chauffeur services
- Intercity transport services
- Event and wedding transportation
3. Eligibility and Requirements
Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
Valid License: You must possess a valid driver's license from your country of residence or an International Driving Permit (IDP) for international visitors.
KYC Verification: All users must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making a booking. This includes providing valid identification documents.
Insurance: All vehicles are insured. Additional insurance coverage may be available for purchase.
4. Booking Process
Reservation: Bookings can be made through our website or mobile application. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Deposit: A security deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle and service type.
Payment: Full payment or deposit must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.
Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email once your payment is processed.
5. Vehicle Rental Terms
Rental Period: The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for refueling before return, or refueling charges will apply.
Mileage: Mileage limits may apply depending on the rental package. Excess mileage charges will apply if limits are exceeded.
Prohibited Use: Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving (unless specified), or transporting hazardous materials.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Liability and Insurance
Driver Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of the insurance coverage.
Accidents: In case of an accident, you must report it immediately to Maroc Elite Transport and the local authorities. Failure to report may result in additional charges.
Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available for purchase to reduce your liability.
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Return the vehicle on time and at the agreed location
- Report any issues or damages immediately
- Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Using the vehicle for illegal purposes
- Racing or participating in speed contests
- Transporting more passengers than the vehicle's capacity
- Smoking inside the vehicle
- Towing without written authorization
- Crossing international borders without permission
10. Modifications to Terms
Maroc Elite Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
